Julius Á Rógvi Biskopstø is Co-Founder and CTO of Flowcore, where he leads the development of a secure, cloud-native AI data-processing platform that enables businesses to leverage AI on-premise or hybrid with no external data exposure.

Over the past 15 years he's architected scalable, event-sourced systems and Kubernetes/GitOps pipelines for startups and enterprises—including Globe Tracker's next-generation infrastructure and R&D at Føroya Tele and Schlumberger.

In 2024 Flowcore launched with \$365 k in angel funding, supports 10 paying customers with 23 % monthly growth, and is now raising \$1,5 M pre-seed ahead of its Q2/25 AI rollout. An expert in Kubernetes, GitOps and event-sourcing, Julius holds a BSc in Computer Games Programming from the University of Teesside.
